I aim to take the time to truly understand you—your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and environment—and how these things interact. By building this understanding together, we can work through current challenges and strengthen your ability to navigate future ones.
My path into psychotherapy has been shaped by both academic training and real-world experience. I began with a Bachelor of Social Work and worked in the field before deciding to pursue more direct clinical work. This led me to complete a Master of Counselling Psychology and later, a Master of Psychology. I am currently completing the practical experience component required to become registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship stress. My experience includes working in both community and psychiatric settings, with clients from diverse backgrounds—including justice-involved individuals, Veterans, serving military members, and the general population.
I have a particular interest in supporting Veterans, First Responders, and Correctional Personnel, but I value the diversity of working with individuals from all walks of life. My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs.
In addition to therapy, I offer psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. These assessments can help identify emotional, behavioural, or learning challenges and provide clear, practical recommendations to support growth and success at home, school, or work.
My clinical work is supervised by Dr. Rebecca Moore, C. Psych (Registered Psychologist).
