Because therapy is not one size fits all, I use an integrative and culturally sensitive approach to meet your specific needs and goals. Therapy models I am experienced in include the Internal Family System (IFS), CBT, and emotional-focused therapy (EFT).

I provide services to adults and adolescents over the age of 10 and couples with different concerns. I offer sessions in both English and Mandarin. 我为成人和10岁以上的青少年，以及有不同顾虑的情侣提供心理咨询. 我可以用英文和普通话提供咨询。

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). My psychotherapy services will be provided under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Moore and Scott McCleery.
