Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by life’s challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating; it can be a place for real conversations, curiosity, and growth.

I work with individuals, couples, and families—including adolescents and adults—who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and difficulties at school, home, or work. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based methods like CBT, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies. Together, we’ll find tools to help you cope with your current challenges while exploring the deeper patterns that may be holding you back.

I offer psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in English, both in-person and virtually. As a practicum student completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, I practice under the supervision of Scott McCleert M.A., R.P., CCC., and Dr. Rebecca Moore, C.Psych
