Trust and authenticity are central to my therapeutic approach. I aim to help clients develop a greater understanding of themselves and their past to assist their healing, growth, and self-awareness. I provide a warm and empathetic environment for clients to come as they are without judgement and be empowered.
I provide counselling services to adolescents, adults, and couples for a wide array of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, interpersonal concerns, grief/loss, identity struggles, emotional regulation, and self-esteem.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, primarily drawing on psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, emotion-focused therapy, relational therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based
I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I provide services under the supervision of Scott McCleery and Dr. Rebecca Moore.
