Tracy Decker
CD, M.A., Registered Psychotherapist
I provide a warm, non‑judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My integrative approach draws from solution‑focused, person‑centered, cognitive‑behavioural, and mindfulness‑based therapies, always tailored to each client’s needs. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and support partners in navigating conflict cycles, communication challenges, and emotional disconnection while fostering deeper connection and security. I am also currently completing training in sex therapy to better support clients and couples in addressing concerns related to intimacy, desire, and sexual wellbeing.
Alongside my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology and enjoy working with older adults as they navigate life transitions, identity shifts, caregiving roles, and aging‑related challenges.
With 18 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, I have a particular interest in supporting military members, veterans, and their families.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I provide psychotherapy services under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Moore and Scott McCleery.
